3. Payment Terms

Media Doctor operates on a success-based model. Payment terms vary by project and are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in your contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Media Doctor remain the property of Media Doctor until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the individual service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Media Doctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties regarding the results of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the business relationship.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due.
